Kris K. currently serves as Senior Director of Backend Services for Platform Engineering & Innovation at A+E Networks, overseeing the consumer-facing GraphQL server and backend APIs for various branded streaming platforms. Previously, Kris held multiple technical director roles at USAA from August 2008 to July 2022, leading strategic direction and operational management in digital communications platforms, CRM architecture, and security and fraud architecture. Kris also contributed to the modernization and architecture of customer registration and onboarding systems, in addition to establishing enterprise developer tooling. Prior to this, Kris worked as a Senior Java Developer at Brunswick Boat Group and as a Senior Software Engineer at USAA. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas State University and has an educational background from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
