Lauren Meola

Lauren Meola is a seasoned professional in rights and licensing management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Rights & Licensing at A+E Networks since June 2023, after initially working as a Freelance Consultant from August 2021. Previously, Lauren spent nearly two decades at Home Box Office, Inc., where roles included Vice President of Music Rights & Clearances, Director of Business Affairs, and Manager/Administrator of Business Affairs. In these positions, Lauren led teams in managing music rights, established crucial industry relationships, and ensured compliance with legal and creative requirements for various promotional campaigns. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music History from Boston University.
