Nancy Kim

Nancy Kim is a seasoned professional in rights and clearances with extensive experience in the media production industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Production Content at A+E Global Media since April 2025, Nancy manages legal compliance and risk mitigation for unscripted content production. Previously, Nancy held the position of Rights & Clearances Manager at Left Right, where responsibilities included liaising with production teams and legal counsel, coordinating compliance, and negotiating license agreements. With a decade-long tenure at Smithsonian Networks as Director of Rights & Clearances, Nancy has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex legal landscapes. Earlier career roles included positions at Al Roker Entertainment, HBO, and Magno Sound & Video, where Nancy honed skills in managing production logistics, contracts, and archival content. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film/TV from New York University.
