Sally Helm

Sally Helm is a seasoned host and producer with a robust background in media, particularly in historical and economic storytelling. Currently serving as the host for HISTORY This Week at A+E Networks since December 2019, Sally engages with historians and individuals connected to significant historical events. Previous experience includes co-hosting and reporting for NPR's Planet Money, as well as editing episodes for the same program. Sally has produced narrative content for Spoke Media and worked as a producer and reporter for NPR's Planet Money. Educational qualifications include an M.F.A. in Fiction from Brooklyn College and a B.A. with Distinction from Yale University, along with early contributions to community storytelling and radio hosting.
