Since our foundation, we have worked with a comprehensive approach that includes livestock selection, slaughter and classification at certified abattoirs, cutting and deboning at our own facilities, and distribution and export through our commercial arm, APM Traders. This total control over the process allows us to ensure traceability, safety, and excellence in every piece we offer.

Our production plant is accredited with quality certifications such as IFS, HALAL, SAE Level 3, and the Ibérico Standard, supporting our commitment to the highest industry standards. Specializing in Iberian pork, pork, beef, lamb, and goat meat, we work with a highly qualified professional team that drives continuous improvement at every stage of production.
