Ling Leong Sing Michael, PBM has extensive experience in the field of engineering and facilities management. Ling's career has spanned across various companies such as APM Property Management Pte Ltd, Marina Center Holdings Pte Ltd, Raffles Quay Asset Management Pte Ltd, Ministry of Community Development, Youth, and Sports, Land Transport Authority, Suntec City Management Pte Ltd, and Indeco Engineers Pte Ltd. Ling holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Planning and Management from Heriot-Watt University, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ACMV) from Singapore Polytechnic, and completed GCE 'O' Level and PSLE from Thomson Secondary School and Catholic High School respectively.
