Amilton Rocha

Amilton Rocha currently serves as the Head of Human Resources Americas at APM Terminals, a position held since May 2015, and also as the Regional Human Resources Director. In this role, Amilton is tasked with aligning HR strategy to business needs and overseeing the HR organization across Latin and North America. Concurrently, since June 2019, Amilton leads Employee Relations for the LAM region at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Senior Manager at Mercedes-Benz, focusing on labor relations, health and safety management, and labor consulting from 2007 to May 2015, and as HR Manager at DaimlerChrysler from 1999 to 2007, specializing in training, recruiting, and compensation. Amilton Rocha's educational background includes a management degree from IMD and an MBA in Finance & Controlling from FIPECAFI-FEA.
