Dan Saffer

Dan Saffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operational management within the logistics industry. Since August 2005, Dan has held multiple roles at APM Terminals, including Head of US Sales and Global Key Client Director, and has been responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of container yard and freight station activities. Dan's expertise also includes leading cross-functional teams in Process Excellence initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to APM Terminals, Dan worked as a 2nd Class Fireman at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and completed an internship in Environmental Health and Safety at GE Energy. Dan holds a B.S. in Facilities and Environmental Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Montclair State University.
