Rahim Ali Abbas

Rahim Ali Abbas, Chartered MCIPD, currently serves as Head of Human Resources at APM Terminals since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rahim held various leadership positions at Svitzer, including Head of Organizational Development and Cluster HR & Strategy Manager for the AMEA region, focusing on organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. With extensive experience at A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2005 to 2019 in multiple HR leadership roles across different regions, Rahim contributed to business transformation and talent management initiatives. Additional experience includes HR roles at Bank Alfalah Limited and a teaching position at KASBIT. Rahim holds an MBA in Human Resources and several professional certifications including Chartered MCIPD from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
