Rex Jackson is an experienced leader in operations and human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of Lean Operations and Head of Global Operations at APM Terminals since February 2008. His responsibilities encompass the management of global operations, operational systems, and implementation of Lean methodology across a network of 20 sites in 16 countries. Previously, Rex held the role of Chief Operating Officer at APM Terminals Tangier SA, overseeing day-to-day operations at one of Africa's busiest container ports. Rex has also held various senior director positions, contributing to HR business partnership, project implementation, and organizational transformation. Prior experience at Maersk Line includes roles as General Manager of HR and National Operations Manager, where Rex developed comprehensive HR strategies and managed significant operational restructures. Rex's academic journey includes education at Glenwood from 1990 to 1994.
