Soren Kofoed Jensen

Soren Kofoed Jensen has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Soren is currently serving as the Head of Investments (Business Development), Asia & Middle East at APM Terminals, where they are responsible for driving growth and expanding their footprint in the container terminal sector. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Aqaba Container Terminal (ACT), where they implemented LEAN practices, achieved record earnings and shareholder returns, and improved customer satisfaction. Soren has also held various leadership positions within A.P. Moller - Maersk, including Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Indirect Procurement, where they were in charge of procurement for multiple business units and managed a team of approximately 40 professionals. Soren has also worked in supply chain development, key client management, and marketing roles earlier in their career.

Soren Kofoed Jensen pursued a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on International Management and Economics from Copenhagen Business School between 2003 and 2007. Later, in 2013 and 2014, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from INSEAD.
