Shikha Colwill is an experienced professional currently serving as a Licensed Pillar Practitioner and Life and Business Transformational Coach at The Pillar Code since July 2021, where support is provided to clients in enhancing their lifestyle, relationships, and well-being. In conjunction, Shikha has been a Business Consultant and Trainer/Mentor with APM since July 2022, assisting small business owners through the Self Employment Assistance Program. Previous roles include membership on the Leadership Team at Bx - Business Networking Reimagined, Web Designer and Digital Marketing Strategist at Bloom Web Solutions, and IT Prof/Self Development Trainer at Wizard Corporate Training. Shikha started in the field as a Programmer with the Australian Government Department of Veterans' Affairs from February 1999 to January 2012.
