Shantanu Karnik

Shantanu Karnik currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at apna since April 2024 and is a Community Member at The Talent Deck since November 2023. Previously, Shantanu held the role of Human Resources Manager at Questt from August 2021 to March 2024, and was a Manager - HR Operations at Amazon from June 2018 to August 2021. Shantanu began the professional career as an HR Management Trainee at Reliance Industries Limited in April 2018 and worked there until June 2018. Academically, Shantanu earned an MBA in Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Goa University.
