Pamela Browder

Pamela Browder has extensive experience in patient recruitment and clinical research. Pamela began their career at Beyer Research as a Clinical Research Coordinator and Patient Recruitment Specialist, where they were responsible for patient recruitment, screening, and creating research databases. Pamela then moved on to the West Michigan Clinical Research Center as the Director of Research Operations, where they led a team in growing the research site and implemented various operational procedures. Pamela later joined the Florida Research Institute FDHS as the Chief Research Officer, where they led the team in growing the research site and ensured adherence to trial protocols and regulations. Pamela then worked at Innovative Trials as a Clinical Enrollment Manager/Site Optimization Specialist, where they identified enrollment barriers, coached sites on recruitment strategies, and provided suggestions for study-wide recruitment materials. Pamela then joined Fractyl Health as a Patient Recruitment Manager, responsible for developing and implementing recruitment campaigns and managing third-party vendors. Currently, they are working at Apnimed as a Patient Recruitment Specialist, supporting the development of patient recruitment tactics. Pamela Browder has a master's degree (MS) in Experimental Psychology from Central Michigan University. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree (BS) in Psychology/Biology from Ferris State University. Additionally, Pamela has certifications in Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Red Cross, obtained in August 2019.
