Andrew Richards

Andrew Richards, RCDD, is an experienced electrical designer currently working at Apogee Consulting Group since January 2020, where responsibilities include designing electrical systems for new constructions and renovations utilizing AutoCAD and Revit. Previously, Andrew served as a smart meter installer at Grid One Solutions for a brief period in 2019, successfully installing over 2,500 advanced smart meters with an impeccable safety record. Andrew's background also includes five years of service in the U.S. Army as an electronics repairer, maintaining over 1,500 units of electrical equipment to ensure rapid deployment capabilities. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University and an Associate's degree in Engineering from Wake Technical Community College.
