Jared Shapiro

Jared Shapiro serves as the Senior Director of Growth at Apogee, beginning in September 2025, and previously held the position of Director of Growth at Barbaricum from November 2023 to September 2025. Prior to that, Jared spent over five years at TekSynap, first as Director of the Growth Initiative, where responsibilities included developing business with Civilian and Defense Agency customers, and as Proposal Manager for various task orders. Throughout Jared's career, significant roles included establishing proposal processes at The Fila Group and leading pursuits at Phase One Consulting Group, among others. Jared's education includes an MBA from Marymount University and a BA in Political Science from Tulane University.
