Garrett Gross has a diverse professional background, beginning with a Manufacturing Intern role at Staub Additive in 2011. In 2012, they became a Supply Base Engineer, Manufacturing Design for iPhone Accessories at Apple Inc. The following year, they were promoted to a Supply Base Engineer for iPhone Manufacturing Design at Apple Inc. In 2014, they joined United Technologies as an Operations Leadership Program Associate, where they worked as a Program Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Team Leader, and Supply Chain Specialist across multiple business units. In 2016, they moved to Collins Aerospace as a Sr. Supervisor/ Sr. Engineer, Boeing & Military Programs Advanced Manufacturing. Here, they mobilized cross-functional teams across six facilities to identify cost-saving opportunities and managed technical projects ranging from multi-million dollar capital equipment acquisition and commissioning to machine programming. In 2020, Garrett founded and became the CEO of Fresh Grease, bringing part recommendations to the cycling industry to help online merchants improve their customer experience and optimize conversions with 'Digital Garages' for cyclists.
