Monty Kirkland

Monty Kirkland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both financial services and military operations. Currently serving as the Lead Acquisition Analyst at Apogee Engineering, LLC since November 2023, Kirkland previously held key roles in the mortgage industry, including Mortgage Loan Officer at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Loans and Mortgage Loan Originator at Homespire Mortgage and America’s Mortgage Professionals. Prior to transitioning to finance, Kirkland distinguished himself in military service, with notable positions such as Program Manager at TransVoyant, Chief Reserve Human Resource Business Partner at United States Central Command, and various leadership roles within the United States Marine Corps. Kirkland holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Eastern Michigan University and has completed advanced military education at the US Army Command and General Staff and the US Marine Corps Amphibious Warfare School.
