Amanda Wood

Amanda Wood is a seasoned professional in client services and customer success, currently serving as Client Services Manager at Apogee, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Amanda held multiple roles at Phired Up & TechniPhi from May 2016 to July 2023, including Product Experience Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer success for over 200 colleges and universities and training a team of eight. Prior experience also includes positions at The University of Alabama, where Amanda was Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life, advising multiple sororities, and roles at Duckworth-Morris Real Estate and Joe Raley Builders. Amanda earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from The University of Alabama, and attended James H Faulkner State Community College.
