Shruti Nair, MSME, PMP

Shruti Nair has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Shruti Nair, began their career as an intern at Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited, where they studied fabrication and assembly processes for heavy electrical equipment and assessed non-destructive testing methods for quality check. Shruti Nair, also interned at National Thermal Power Corporation, where they focused on increasing the thermal efficiency of power plants through the design and layout of boilers, turbines, and auxiliaries.

In 2017, Shruti joined Beach Engineering Solutions Ltd. as a Mechanical Engineer. In this role, they performed load calculations for HVAC requirements and designed cooling and heating layouts for various commercial buildings using AutoCAD.

Currently, Shruti is working at Apogee Interactive as an Energy Engineer. Shruti Nair, has spearheaded and managed client implementation projects for Apogee's energy platform, ensuring compliance with quality specifications, and meeting schedule and budget constraints. Shruti Nair, has also served as the technical lead on new product development.

Shruti holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Shruti Nair holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from North Carolina State University in the years 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology for the period from 2010 to 2014.

In terms of certifications, Shruti has achieved several additional qualifications. In July 2021, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Shruti Nair, also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute, which they attained in February 2017. Additionally, Shruti has completed a course titled "SAP ERP: Beyond the Basics" from LinkedIn, although the specific month of completion has not been provided.
