Benjamin Holland

Benjamin Holland is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Apogee Research, LLC, with a robust background in software engineering and cybersecurity research. Since January 2019, Benjamin has held progressively responsible roles, including Principal Software Engineer and Senior Research Engineer. Prior to this, Benjamin was an Assistant Scientist at Iowa State University from June 2012 to December 2018, where significant contributions were made to DARPA's APAC program, including writing extensive code for malware analysis and securing funding for research projects. Benjamin's experience spans internships at MITRE, Rockwell Collins, Ames Laboratory, and Wabtec Railway Electronics, focusing on software development and systems engineering. Educational credentials include a PhD in Computer Engineering, a Master’s in Computer Engineering and Information Assurance, and two Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, all from Iowa State University.
