Dasha Little has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. In 1993, they worked for Aspen Counseling, Inc. as a Vocational Rehabilitation and Case Management professional. Then, in 2002, they founded their own company, Apogee Solutions, Inc., where they served as President and CEO. Apogee Solutions is a woman-owned small business that specializes in allied health services, training, operations, exercise support, and technology integration support services.

Dasha Little completed their Bachelor of Science degree at East Carolina University from the years 1977 to 1981. Dasha then pursued a Master of Science degree in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which they obtained between 1983 and 1985.

Dasha also possesses various additional certifications including being a Certified Case Manager (CCM), a Certified Life Care Planner, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and being licensed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina by the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of North Carolina (LPCANC).
