Andrenika Gray

Andrenika Gray is an experienced clinical operations professional currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations Process Excellence and Inspection Readiness at Apogee Therapeutics since February 2024. Prior to this role, Andrenika held various positions at Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from August 2018 to January 2024, including Inspection Readiness Lead and Associate Director of Clinical Operations. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Project Specialist and Project Manager at PRA Health Sciences from October 2007 to July 2018. Andrenika holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from American Military University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Analysis and Functional Analysis from American Public University System, along with an Associate of Arts in Psychology from San Diego City College.
