Lindsay Abrams

Lindsay Abrams, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Apogem Capital since October 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsay was a member of Chief from June 2022 to July 2023, focusing on empowering women in leadership positions. As EVP and Chief People Officer at Republic Bank of Chicago from September 2016 to September 2022, Lindsay led human capital functions across the bank and its portfolio companies. Previous experience includes positions as Vice President of Human Resources at Redwood Logistics, Human Resources Business Partner at ADP, and Director of Human Resources at CTL Global, Inc. Additionally, Lindsay has experience as an Executive Recruiter at Abbott Smith Associates, specializing in HR executive placements. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University Bloomington and has further education from The University of Queensland.
