Toon Van de Velde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process improvement and project management. Currently serving as a Business Process Improvement Manager at APOK NV since June 2021, Toon has a robust background in SAP implementation, having worked at Fedrus International in multiple roles including Project Manager and Business Analyst. Notable achievements include the implementation and analysis of business processes across 29 branches, training key users, and providing Go Live support.
