Rahul Gautam

Rahul Gautam has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Rahul is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Apollo 24|7 since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Unilodgers as a Senior Software Engineer from February 2020 to August 2021. In this role, they worked on HTML video player, Google tag manager, and added server-side rendering support to the codebase.

Before joining Unilodgers, Rahul worked at Zyla Health as a Software Engineer from January 2018 to January 2020. Rahul built a chat system for communication between doctors and patients using ReactJS/Redux and Twilio Chat SDK. Additionally, they used the Eve framework (Python) to develop a micro-service that acted as a personal assistant and doubled patient engagement time on the app.

Rahul also has experience as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Pesto Tech from June 2017 to December 2017, where they worked on various ideas. Additionally, they were self-employed from October 2016 to May 2017, during which time they built an app using React-Native and Amazon Rekognition API for face recognition.

Prior to their entrepreneurial work, Rahul worked as a Backend developer at servX from January 2016 to September 2016. Rahul built the entire backend in Ruby on Rails, including an ERP system to manage workforce and API endpoints for native apps.

Rahul Gautam received a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Xavier School - Delhi from 1999 to 2011. Rahul also obtained a certification in "Shaping up with Angular.js" from Code School, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not mentioned.
