After leaving the Air Force, Michael worked as a Project Manager at MC Flooring, where they developed project plans and ensured timely and budget-compliant completion of flooring projects. Michael then moved on to become a Director - Application Developer and Support Consultant at International Surfacing Systems, Inc., where they developed tools, provided engineering support, and optimized processes. After that, they worked as a Director of Information Systems at JM Flooring, where they were responsible for application development, systems administration, and website development. Michael's most recent role is Director - Learning Technology Integrations at Apollo Education Group, where they oversee the implementation and functionality of integrated tools and technologies, leads cross-functional teams, and drives user experience gains through technology solutions.
Michael Madril received their High School Diploma from North Canyon High School in 2000. In 2002, they attended the Security Forces Academy, Lackland Air Force, where they obtained a degree in 3P0X1. From 2008 to 2012, Michael studied at the University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Software Engineering.
