Patricia van Male

Senior Director, Strategy And Operations at Apollo Education Group

Patricia Van Male has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Patricia started working at Apollo Education Group in 2007 as an IT Operations Manager, where they managed over 600 staff members and oversaw various office management functions. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Transformation Program Manager, leading organizational change management programs and creating strategic plans for change management practices. From 2011 to 2013, Patricia served as a Group Technical Program Manager, ensuring the successful integration of student-facing products. Patricia then became the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff, responsible for planning and directing administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization. Patricia was later promoted to the role of Director of Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing the delivery of successful program deliveries and achieving cost avoidance through project cancellation. Their most recent position was with Insight, where they served as the Senior Manager of the Resource and Vendor Management Office.

Patricia Van Male has pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix. Currently, they are also working towards completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institution.
