Bob Ferris

Bob Ferris has over 30 years of experience in various technical roles. Bob was most recently the Electronics & Software Team Lead at Apollo Fire Detectors since February 2017. Prior to that, they held positions such as Platform Development Manager at Fotech Solutions Ltd, Technical Project Manager at Xyratex, and Head of Technical Leads at BSkyB. Bob also has experience at companies such as 3Com, Innovision Research, Logica, and BAE Systems.

Bob Ferris received their BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland from 1980-1984. Bob then pursued further education at Heriot-Watt University, where they obtained an MSc in Electronics from 1989-1990.
