Aleksandar Norsic has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Aleksandar has held various positions in the food and beverage industry, starting from their role as a Hotel Manager at Grand Circle Corporation in 2005. Aleksandar has also worked as a Bar Manager and Traveling Bar Manager at Celebrity Cruises, where they were responsible for managing bar outlets and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Norsic has experience in beverage development and operations, having worked as a Beverage Development Specialist at Valamar Riviera and later as Director of Beverage Development & Operations at The Apollo Group. Aleksandar has also owned and managed their own businesses, such as Otto & Frank and Jabuke i Ruze Delikatese. Aleksandar Norsic completed an Advanced Level program in Wine and Sommelier at the US Sommelier Association at Cordon Bleu from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended the Master Sommelier Court and achieved Founder Level in Wine and Sommelier for the year 2004 to 2005.
