Guillaume Colas

Guillaume Colas is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and talent acquisition sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition for Europe at The Apollo Group since September 2023. Previously, Guillaume held various leadership roles at Seabourn Cruise Line from February 2016 to July 2023, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Hotel Director. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Guillaume's career at Seabourn spanned over a decade, where positions included Corporate Training Manager and Restaurant Manager. Prior to this, Guillaume worked with Viking as Hotel Director and served as a Hospitality Trainer for Retravailler Dans L´Ouest, commissioned by the French Ministry of Employment. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Les Clos d'or in Grenoble, France.
