Ashley Narcisse

Ashley Narcisse has a diverse range of experience in software engineering and web development. They started their career in 2014 as a Software Developer at Neurs.com. They then joined Florida International University as a Support Specialist and Webmaster for the STARS Computing Corps. During this time, they developed platforms and revamped websites using various technologies like AJAX, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, and CSS.

In 2016, Ashley joined Ultimate Software as a Software Engineer. They led a team in building a resilient logging platform and successfully migrated codebases to Git. They also implemented monitoring and alerting toolchains in multiple applications. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and engineered an employee directory using React and GraphQL, and led DevOps initiatives.

In 2019, Ashley founded their own company, /dev/haiti, where they are the Founder. Their current role involves managing and leading the company.

Recently, in 2020, Ashley joined Apollo GraphQL as a Senior Software Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Staff Software Engineer. Their work at Apollo GraphQL is ongoing.
