Neha Sharma

Neha Sharma has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Neha began their career in 2010 as an HR Professional at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. During this time, they also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for corporate and PAN India human capital acquisition, lateral hiring, and the up-gradation of recruitment policies. In 2017, Neha joined Apollo Logisolutions Ltd as a Senior Manager and served as the Talent Acquisition Lead until 2023. Neha then transitioned to Apollo International Ltd, where they currently hold the position of Senior Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition.

Neha Sharma pursued their education in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Tarapur Vidhya mandir and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, during the same period, they also studied at Delhi Business School, earning another MBA degree, with a specialization in HR and Marketing.
