Suman Lata Suri has extensive work experience as a Company Secretary and Legal Manager. SUMAN LATA most recently served as the VP-Head Legal & Company Secretary at Apollo International Ltd starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at JAYPEE INFRATECH LIMITED from September 2014 to February 2022. Suman also has experience as a Company Secretary at various companies such as Jaypee Group - Kanpur Fertilizers & Cement Ltd., IKF Technologies, Nirmal Overseas Limited, J K Synthetics Ltd., and Cubical Financial Services Ltd. Their roles in these positions included conducting meetings, maintaining statutory records, filing statutory returns, and managing mergers and public issues. Suman's work experience spans from 1994 to the present.

SUMAN LATA SURI has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University, which was completed between 1987 and 1990. Following this, they pursued a Company Secretary course at ICSI from 1990 to 1994. During this same period, they also obtained a FCS Degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. In 1993 to 1995, Suman Lata Suri attended Delhi University again, this time for an LLB degree in Law. Lastly, they pursued a PGDPM degree in Labour Law & Personnel Management from Himachal University between 2000 and 2002.
