David Mumo has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. David is currently the Head of Health at APA Insurance Limited, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Minet Kenya as the Associate General Manager - Head of Client Retention & Operations from October 2018 until April 2023. Before joining Minet Kenya, David worked at AAR INSURANCE KENYA LTD, where they held various roles including Head of Corporate Retention from May 2015 to October 2018, Relationship Manager from August 2013 to May 2015, and Customer Service Executive from May 2011 to August 2013.
David Mumo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration - Management from United States International University - Africa in 2010. David then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management from the same institution, graduating in 2017. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate of Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) from Computer Learning Center Nairobi. Currently, they are pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (AIIK) at the College of Insurance, Nairobi.
