Diane T

Diane T. has an extensive work history with a variety of roles and responsibilities. Diane'sfirst known job was in 2013 as a Campus Ambassador and Marketing Intern for Jobbook. In the same year, they worked as an Executive Projects Intern for Elemental Technologies Limited. In 2014, they served as a Barista and Sales Floor Assistant at Juliska and, later in the year, as an Office Manager/Agent's Assistant for The Bird Dog Group. Additionally, Diane worked for Brown University as a Transfer Student Peer Counselor and a Summer@Brown Abnormal Psychology Teaching Assistant from 2013 to 2016. Diane then worked as a Trauma Systems Therapy Milieu Counselor at Family Service of Rhode Island in 2016 and as a Research Coordinator at Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and New York State Psychiatric Institute in 2017. In 2018, they began working for NAXION, first as a Research Analyst and later as an Associate Project Manager/Senior Research Analyst. In 2022, Diane became a User Experience Researcher at Apollo.io and was later promoted to Senior User Experience Researcher in 2023. In that role, they developed, planned and executed end-to-end research projects across all stages of the product development lifecycle with an emphasis on customer needs.

Diane T. received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Brown University. Diane also attended the University of Georgia's Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, but their degree and field of study are unknown. In addition, they obtained a certification in UX/UI Foundations Course from Avocademy in September 2021.
