Melissa Carson

Melissa Carson has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Melissa is currently serving as the Interim Chief People Officer at Apollo.io. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim Human Resources Consultant, where they built and developed people teams and strategies across various locations. From 2019 to 2022, Melissa held multiple roles at Lime, including Head of People and Director of Global HR & Recruiting. Melissa also served as a Senior Recruiting Leader at Facebook, leading a team of recruiters and managing high-volume hiring. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Esurance, LiveCareer, Macquarie Group, Macquarie Bank, Caltex, and HRX, demonstrating their expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Melissa Carson attended the University of Sydney from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations.
