Trevor Newcomb has held multiple positions throughout their career. Trevor started as a Barista at Black Sheep Hostel in 2010 and worked their way up to Manager. In 2011, they began working at Starbucks as a Barista until 2014 when they became a Trainer, Customer Service at Google's Barista training program. In 2015, they attended a Full-Stack Web Engineering program and began working as a Customer Support Representative at Intercom in 2016. Trevor then moved to Apollo in December 2017 and held several positions including Senior Operations Manager, where they worked with department heads to scale operations, and Head of Support, where they grew the team. Trevor has been with Apollo since 2017.
Trevor Newcomb attended De Anza College from 2008 to 2011, earning a transfer degree. In 2015, they attended Dev Bootcamp to study computer programming. Trevor did not earn a degree from Dev Bootcamp.
