Esther Derégnaucourt

Esther Derégnaucourt is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at APOLLO | CODING LIFE since September 2023, Esther previously held similar positions at Cognizant from December 2014 to August 2023, where responsibilities included establishing HR as a business partner, advising on people management, and developing HR policies. Earlier roles included Team Development Head and Talent Acquisition Manager at Cognizant, as well as Recruitment Manager at Steria and a trainee in recruitment at CEGID and ABC Consultants. Esther holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from IGS-RH and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology from Université Lumière Lyon 2, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université catholique de Lille.
