Shailender G. has extensive experience in data engineering, master data management, analytics, and reporting. Shailender has held leadership positions at Apollo Tyres Ltd, where they served as the Global Head of Data Engineering and CoE Head for Data. Prior to this, they founded KOP Systems and worked as a Client Engagement and Technical Manager in media analytics and enterprise applications. Shailender also has experience as the Head of IT and Applications in logistic and warehousing applications.

Shailender G. completed a Diploma in Computer Science from ISCT in 1997. Shailender then pursued a PMP certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute in 2005. Later, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in 2015. In 2018-2019, they attended the Columbia Business School for an Executive Program in Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various data science topics from Johns Hopkins University.
