Ephraim Rudman

Ephraim Rudman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and investment strategy. Currently a Partner at Apollo Global Management Inc. since November 2019, Rudman previously served as Head of Corporate Development, M&A & Strategy at GE Capital from 2004 to November 2019, where responsibilities included leading acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture activities across the Americas. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Common Ground Advisors, Vice President at Yazam Inc., and Associate positions at J.P. Morgan, Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, and Reboul, MacMurray et al. Rudman holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School, earned between 1993 and 1996.
