Eric Guggenheimer is currently the Head of Real Estate Risk at AASP and a Principal at Apollo Global Management, Inc. Having previously held various roles at J.P. Morgan from Analyst to Executive Director in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Credit, Eric founded and served as the Managing Partner of Ironstone Equities LLC from 2013 to 2019. Eric also gained experience as Vice President of Acquisitions & Finance at Sumaida + Khurana in 2019 and has a background as a paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and is pursuing further education at New York University and Baruch College.
