Manny Bustamante

Manny Bustamante has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Manny began their career at WAATS S4 in 2003 as a Supply Specialist. Manny then joined the 1-285th Aviation Attack Regiment in 2006, where they served as a Supply NCO. In 2004, Manny joined Western Army Aviation Training Site and held various positions including Instructional Facilitator, Property Accountability Manager, Chief International Military Student Officer, and Program Manager-Budget NCO-Supply NCO. Manny worked there until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Manny worked at Smyth Industries as a Procurement and Logistics Manager. Currently, they are employed at South32 as a Principal Supply Risk and Governance, where they are responsible for business improvement, risk controls, and performance standards.

Manny Bustamante received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Canyon University from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2014, but their degree and field of study are unknown. Manny also holds various certifications, including MSHA Training Part 48 from Hazard Prevention Institute, LLC (obtained in 2023), an Active [Secret] Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense (obtained in September 2019), and an International Affairs Certification Tier II from the Department of Defense International Affairs Certification Program (obtained in 2017).
