Eric Meyers

Mr. Meyers has spent nearly two decades originating, executing and distributing senior and subordinated credit financings as well as preferred stock offerings to institutional investors globally. Working at Bank of America, Citigroup Global Markets and Goldman Sachs, Mr. Meyers built a network of more than 75 illiquid credit buyers that contributed to the growth in private credit broadly and the emerging esoteric asset-backed securities market. Since starting his career in investment banking in 2002, Mr. Meyers has led the syndication of several hundred transactions, raising billions of capital for sponsor and corporate clients across the financial services, healthcare, industrials, natural resources & infrastructure as well as the media and telecom industries.

In the years following the financial crisis through March of 2020, Mr. Meyers developed a business sourcing leverage from primarily life insurance buyers to fund both growth and working capital for traditional and alternative asset managers, collateralized by asset pools and management company fee streams. Mr. Meyers has been a presenter and panelist on private credit and securitization at the American College of Investment Counsel’s annual meeting as well as ABS East and SFIG Vegas. Mr. Meyers was also a senior member of the execution team recognized by both IJ Global and the P3 Awards for project finance deal of the year and Social Infrastructure Deal of the Year while at Goldman Sachs.
