Florian Feder

Florian Feder is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private debt financing and legal counsel. Currently serving as Principal at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since November 2024, Florian previously held the position of Managing Director at Rantum Capital from October 2019 to November 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing a Private Debt Fund focused on the DACH mid-market. Prior roles include Managing Director at US Family Office, Associate Director at Terra Firma Capital Partners, and Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Earlier in the career, Florian served as Vice President & Legal Counsel at Deutsche Bank and Assistant Vice President & Legal Counsel at Brown Brothers Harriman, following an associate position at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
