Johannes (Johs) Worsoe currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Apollo Asset Management since February 2022. Prior to this, Worsoe was a member of The Executive Forum in early 2022 and held several leadership positions at MUFG from 2010 to July 2021, including CFO for the Americas and Head of Investment Banking & Markets for the Americas, where Worsoe managed a portfolio generating $2B in revenue and led 800 staff in a post-merger integration effort. Additionally, Worsoe was the CFO/Chief Administrative Officer of the Americas at BTMU (now MUFG), contributing to a doubling of business through co-creation of the Americas CIB Strategy. Earlier in Worsoe's career, roles at MUFG Union Bank included Senior Executive VP Head of Global & Wealth Markets, overseeing various divisions essential to corporate growth. Worsoe holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, along with Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
