Nya Walls, MBA, is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise IT at Apollo Global Management Inc., Nya oversees the ServiceNow platform and leads various initiatives in project management, disaster recovery, and service delivery while championing women in technology. Previous roles include Associate Director of Information Technology with responsibilities in vendor management and financial oversight at Apollo and Site Lead at Unilever, where Nya managed the Fixed Voice Service Life Cycle for North America. Earlier experience includes positions at Jackson Lewis P.C. as a ServiceNow Administrator and IT Helpdesk Supervisor, and at Goldman Sachs as a helpdesk analyst. Nya holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ithaca College.
