Balaji Vatsavaya is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in IT management and CRM solutions. Currently serving as Director of IT - Omni-Channel Selling Tech CRM/ B2B Commerce at Best Buy since September 2016, Balaji Vatsavaya oversees a major transformational CRM initiative utilizing Microsoft Dynamics to enhance both customer and employee experiences. Prior to this role, Balaji Vatsavaya worked at Lexmark International, Inc. from 2002 to July 2016, where responsibilities included global oversight of the IT ecosystem for the Enterprise Software Division and leading strategic IT programs. Early in the career, Balaji Vatsavaya gained experience as an ERP Consultant for multiple organizations, including Dean Foods and Lexmark. Balaji Vatsavaya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
