Sameer Parwani

Sameer Parwani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation management and banking. Currently serving as Principal - Transformation Management at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since December 2025, Sameer previously held multiple senior roles at Axis Bank from November 2019 to November 2025, driving corporate banking transformation and digital initiatives. Prior to this, Sameer spent eight years at McKinsey & Company in various capacities, contributing to branch banking services across India and Southeast Asia. Earlier experience includes managing high-net-worth client portfolios at Citi India and overseeing client relations at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Sameer holds an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B.E. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, along with a recent certification in Operational Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management.
