Theo Kwon is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Apollo Global Management Inc. since May 2015, Kwon has also taken on significant responsibilities as a Member of the Board of Directors for Apollo Education Group, Vanta Education, Inc., and previously for Tegra Global and The Fresh Market. In addition to these roles, Kwon has been a Member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Phoenix since January 2023. Prior to these positions, Kwon held roles at Angelo, Gordon & Co. as Vice President and at Weston Presidio as a Private Equity Associate. Kwon began a career in finance as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Citigroup Global Markets. Kwon earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.
